Acceptable Use and Marketing Communications Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

REHMER ENTERPRISES LLC is committed to responsible, permission-based communications. This policy governs acceptable use of our website, services, and communications and explains our standards when using Mailchimp.

1. Permission-Based Marketing

We send commercial or marketing emails only to recipients for whom we can demonstrate permission to receive those communications. This applies to bulk campaigns and individual commercial or marketing messages.

We maintain evidence of permission, including the signup method, date, and consent wording where available.

Visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, providing a business card, or having an email address listed publicly does not automatically authorize marketing communications. Acceptance of our website terms is not, by itself, consent to marketing.

2. Prohibited Contact Lists

We do not upload or use purchased, rented, scraped, publicly available, third-party, partner, or co-registration lists for Mailchimp campaigns.

We do not add contacts without appropriate permission or knowingly re-enroll people who have unsubscribed. We maintain suppression records to help prevent further marketing to recipients who have opted out.

3. Accurate Identification and Unsubscribe

Our communications accurately identify REHMER ENTERPRISES LLC. Sender names, email addresses, subject lines, business details, and promotional claims must be truthful and not misleading.

Our marketing emails include our valid mailing address and a clear unsubscribe option. Marketing campaigns sent through Mailchimp use Mailchimp’s unsubscribe mechanism; we do not substitute an external unsubscribe process.

We honor unsubscribe requests. Necessary non-promotional service or billing communications may continue where appropriate, but they will not be used to circumvent marketing opt-outs.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

We do not use our website or communications to facilitate fraud, harassment, unlawful activities, impersonation, or violations of intellectual property rights.

We do not use Mailchimp to create, distribute, advertise, or sell:

We use only text, photographs, graphics, and other materials that we own, are authorized to use, or may otherwise lawfully use.

5. Restricted Activities

We will not use Mailchimp for activities it disallows or declines to support under its current policies. These include specified sexual-services businesses; pharmaceutical products; work-at-home scams, make-money-online schemes, and lead-generation opportunities; gambling; multi-level marketing; affiliate marketing; credit repair and debt-relief opportunities; list brokerage or rental; selling social-media likes or followers; and prohibited cryptocurrency or related digital-asset activities.

For activities subject to additional scrutiny—including financial trading content, horoscopes, mortgages and loans, supplements, adult novelty products, dating services, real estate, automated third-party sending, and regulated COVID-19-related products—we will review the applicable restrictions before using Mailchimp. Listing a category here does not mean REHMER ENTERPRISES LLC offers it.

6. Sensitive Information and Account Security

We do not upload Social Security numbers, passwords, security credentials, or legally regulated sensitive personal information to Mailchimp accounts, audiences, campaigns, or servers.

We do not share Mailchimp account passwords. Authorized users must use appropriate individual access arrangements.

We do not establish multiple accounts to send similar content except where Mailchimp expressly permits this.

7. Proper Use of Mailchimp Features

We use Mailchimp features for their intended purposes:

We do not reverse engineer Mailchimp software, use it to create a competing product, or take actions intended to evade billing thresholds.

8. Audience Management and Complaints

We follow Mailchimp’s applicable audience permission requirements and best-practice guidance.

We review delivery failures, unsubscribe requests, and abuse complaints and take appropriate action to prevent further unwanted communications. Address validation does not replace consent.

If an audience is restricted, we investigate its collection methods and permission records and follow Mailchimp’s remediation instructions. We do not attempt to bypass restrictions using replacement accounts or other evasive methods.

9. Enforcement and Policy Updates

We may restrict website or service access for violations of this policy, subject to applicable law and existing agreements.

Mailchimp independently reviews use of its platform and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access. Publishing this policy does not establish recipient consent, guarantee campaign approval, or imply Mailchimp endorsement.

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable platform requirements change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
